Rezepte

Das Rezept findet ihr HIER!

I changed it a little bit and put a little bit of milk in the batter. I also used milk chocolate instead of chocolate pieces. :)

KAROTTEN-NUSS-MUFFINS

So mein Paleo geht weiter!

Translation:

APPLE PIE

Step by step! Wie man Apple Pie macht! Lasst es euch schmecken!

Translation:
Step by step! How to make apple pie! Hope you´ll like it!

First skin the apples and cut them into slices. But everything in a bowl and put cinnamon and sugar over the apples. You need about 5-6 little apples! Then make your dough. You need about 1 1/2 big cups of flour, 1 big cup of sugar and 4-5 Tbl. of water. mix everything together until your dough is finished and then you can roll it out.

When you are finished rolling out your dough then take your backing form that should have a caliber of 23cm and butter it with Sanella. Then take your rolled out dough and put it in your backing form and cut off the edges.

Now lay the cinnamon apples into your backing form. Then you have to cook apple juice and add starch until your juice gets thick like jelly. Then fill the rest of the pie form with the thick apple juice.

With the rest of the dough you have to roll it out again and cut about 3cm thick of strips for the checkered pattern on the top of the pie! :) Then heat oven to about 190°C and back for about 45 min. to one hour. :)

xoxo, Britney

PS: Vanille Eis dazu und warm servieren! ;)

Alles erst mal klein schneiden!

Translation:
Asian food is always something that is easy to cook and tastes good! It is really light but you still get the feeling you are full!
I took beef steaks and a lot of different vegetables like, carrots, field garlic, red onion, pumpkin and garlic.
Cut everything into little pieces. The pumpkin you will have to cut in two pieces and peel the shell off and in the end you can cut the pumpkin into little squares. Because the pumpkin needs more time till it´s  done we seasoned it with rosemary, salt and olive oil, put it on a panel sheet and backed at at 150° for about 10-15 min..
In the meanwhile, you can roast the meat until it is crispy. Then you put the carrots into the pan, after that the onions and then the garlic. In the end you take out the pumpkin and also put it into the pan and mix everything together. The field onions come last, they aren´t supposed to be roasted to long in the pan, so that they still will be crispy! :)
Who likes, you can serve soja sauce to the meal. You can also cook make some rice! :)

Guten Appitit :)

SHRIMP-CHAMPIGNONS-SALAT

Für euer Dressing braucht ihr:

Translation:
For your dressing, you need:

I like my dressing with more oil. So I take more oil than vinegar. But for those who like more vinegar do it the other way around. :)

You need: Salad, rocket, garden radish, butter, shrimps and mushrooms. First make your salad plate. Put the butter in a pan, when it´s hot add the shrimps and fry them till they are golden brown then add the mushrooms. (If you like add a little bit of lemon juice.) Put the shrimps, mushrooms and garden radish over your salad plate and in the end your dressing! :)

Total lecker!!!!

Very tasty!!!! I toasted bread and but butter on it (not to forget the garlic), it tasts sooo good!!!!

Translation:
Who likes it HOT? Who likes it SPICY? In my grandma and grampas garden they are growing a lot of hot peppers. They asked me if I would like to take some home, because I like to eat spicy and season spicy. My boyfriends mom then said, "Why don´t you make hot pepper oil if you have so many" and that is what I did. I´d like to share it with you here. :) (It is also a great idee for a present, the bottles you can buy at Nanu Nana!)

You need Olive oil, hot peppers and bottles to fill.

Cut the hot peppers small and put them in the bottles. In the end fill the bottles with olive oil and there you are, Hot pepper oil already finished to cook with it :)

bunt - bunter - cupcakes!

Es ist Sonntag. Draußen regnet es. Langeweile.
Ja!

Translation:
It´s sunday. Outside it´s raining. Boredom.

Yes! That is just how it was for me and Brittney last week. We were so bored that Brittney came to the idea of baking cupcakes. Well actually muffins. But Cupcakes sounds better. In any case we started making a normal pastry.

..who ever wants to know everything we took 75g sugar, it might of been a 100g or more ;) 1 pack of vanilla sugar - sugar with 100g soft butter or margarine. Mix everything together...

... und 150 g Weizenmehl, 1 TL Backpulver und 2 Eier unterrühren. Außerdem haben wir noch etwas Zitronensaft hinzugefügt. Soweit so gut. So..

...150g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 2 eggs. Mix all ingredients together. We also put a little bit of lemon juice in it. So the pastry is done and if it was for me I could take the bowl filled with the sugar pastry in front of the TV and lick the whole bowl out. Brittney too. We both love sweets. At the end its so much that you don´t want to move anymore :(. Ok, but anyway Britt and I came to the great idea of making our pastry colorful...

... fill the pastry in 4 different bowls, which each has a different food coloring in it...

...In the beginning we tried 3 different colors in one cupcake form but it was sunday, that was our excuse for everything! In the end I would only use two colors because the third color you can only see on the top of the cupcakes..

... put the pastry in the cupcake forms and preheat your oven to 160° celsius. Bake for about 30 min. And voilá it looks delicious, or not? Of corse with delicious strawberry whipped cream and colorful sprinkles that it looks even more delicious. :)
